The Curated Automation team assessed the existing Smartsheet configuration and identified opportunities to standardize project assets and bring consistency to all projects with Smartsheet Control Center. By implementing Control Center to provision consistent projects from the start and focusing on core assets and project KPIs, Curated Automation developed a standardized technology framework for all projects. Each project utilized consistent artifacts and data elements from the start, embedding governance across all Smartsheet-managed projects and enabling project and enterprise reporting.
